Alright, so I've got myself a some frozen, raw frozen country sausage here. And I got myself my Pillsbury Grands Southern Home Style Buttermilk Biscuits.
I'm going to get the uh Power Air Fryer Oven 360 setup first. So it can start preheating, then I'll put down one sausage patty and one biscuit. Both are frozen fully. And I can do that while things are preheating. So, the uh 360 is currently at 400° F. and it's set to 13 minutes from a previous cook. But I'm going to up this, let's just say to 20 minutes.

In case the sausage needs that longer, or let's just do 30. I mean it's not going to need 30 to cook one frozen sausage patty at 400° but all the same. Just to have an easy number to subtract from on our time. So, I'm basically going to put down the sausage patty. Well get started with the preheat. Now while it's preheating, and that air fryer fan is running.
Going to put down the sausage patty and the biscuit. I will have the uh baking pan underneath catching the drippings from the sausage. I'll let that preheat continue and then I'll brining you on back. (beeping) Alright, preheat is done, going to Pause, turn back to a full 30 minutes. Get this Baking pan and Crisper Tray in there. Got the pizza rack down on the pizza rack level, to hold the baking pan. Got that sausage and biscuit in there. Hit Start. So uh I'll just have to keep an eye on things and kind of make a judgement call on when to pull the biscuit and I'll probably have to pull that before the sausage, but I'll bring you back. Alright we're coming down to the end of 14 minutes so far. I'm going to stop it at 14 minutes. Try and pull the biscuit. Alright I'm going to get in there, try and get that biscuit out. We'll see how easy or hard that is to do. And that biscuit comes right off. That means that biscuit's done. Going to get a meat probe in the uh in sausage patty here. Try and use some type of tech to help keep track of it. Let me know how it's doing. Wooo gotta be careful my hand there. It's telling me the sausage patty is at 142, 145. That sausage patty is moving up pretty good. I don't know, I'm gonna, let's see. At 154, I'm gonna continue the cook and see how uh how much longer it takes, I'm gonna let this sausage patty get up to about 170, then I'll stop it. Alright 16 minutes have passed and it's at 169. I'm gonna let it go till uh just 17 minutes are complete. So that it's a uh nice even number. Alright so 17 minutes passed. And our sausage is at 183 degrees. I let it go well over 170. Just to uh have it at a nice even finishing time. So that you know you can do your biscuit in about 14 minutes and then 3 minutes later your sausage is done. And you can just make yourself a sausage biscuit. I'm just going to slice down through the middle of my biscuit. Now I'm going to go ahead and get my sausage patty. Put that on my biscuit. And there we go. And so you don't have to go to the local fast food restaurant for your sausage biscuit anymore. You can see that was the bottom of the biscuit. This is the top of the biscuit, that's the bottom of the biscuit. So let's get things swapped around and do a taste test. Alright we got our home made sausage biscuit. Well home made from frozen. In just 17 minutes total. 14 for the biscuit 17 for the sausage. Let's give it a taste test. Alright I was giving a good look, just to make sure there was no doughyness in the biscuit. Because with the sausage in there being soft and moist, you know you can't really tell separately whether the biscuit has any doughyness in it, so I wanted to give it a good visual uh. Biscuit is totally done. As I uh held up to you. Biscuit totally done. Sausage it totally done. Totally good. So, you can combo it up. And let me know about some combinations you might do in the comments. And uh, you can find written versions of this and other recipes, heating instructions at SuperWaveOvenRecipes. com.
