Today is my Victoria Secret Fashion Show fitting and the first thing I like to do when I wake up in the morning is check my emails, see anything that I may have missed from my agency or any last minute appointments that I may have. Also, I go through my text messages because my family is from L. A.

and New York is behind three hours, so, I know I have missed messages from them. Right now I am texting my mom. My mom is my stylist and she has sent over some last minute looks for me to wear to the fittings. Gotta get to that really quickly. It is time for me to get ready for my day. Follow along. (metal clanking) You know what, sometimes my days get so busy that I don't even get to sit down and have a nice peaceful breakfast like this.

Normally I have to be on the go, maybe like take an apple and a protein shake with me in the car. But, today I actually have time, so, might as well enjoy it. When I'm training for the show, my breakfast typically looks like this. I love to have scrambled eggs, bacon, I gotta have potatoes because I'm working out so hard that my body needs the fuel to keep up the energy. And also, you gotta have avocado. It's a healthy fat, good for your body, keeps you going and who doesn't love avocado right? So, after I'm done eating, because I'm going to my fitting, I like to make my body look super toned so when I walk in there they're like, "Whoa, you've been working out.
" So, maybe I'll do a couple sit-ups. A few more bites and then I need to get my day started. First thing I like to do is get a nice stretch. I think this is really important to get the blood flowing in your body, get you set, ready for the day, have a nice peace of mind. Then once I'm done stretching we do like three ab moves. Here's three of my favorites. I do these for about 20 reps, really gets your abs nice and tight. And then, one of my other favorite workouts is to do the bicycle. This one really gets your lower abs. Lastly, the plank. I feel like everyone has a love hate relationship with the plank because it's so good for your body but it's so hard to hold it. Some of my favorite workouts to do are Pilates, because it's really good for lengthening and toning the muscles. I also really love to do weight training. I think weight training makes you feel really strong and we have to carry those heavy wings, so that really helps as well. Leading up to the Victoria Secret Fashion show I amp up my workouts to about six days a week. Sometimes even twice a day when it gets really really close to the show, like three days before the show. And there we go, that's how I get my body warm. Now I'm gonna go into my bathroom and get ready. Alright so, time to start getting ready for the day. First off, I'm in love with face oils. And I love to use this Kora Noni Glow face oil on my skin before getting ready. Just do a couple drops. So I like to place this on my cheekbones, because when you're putting makeup on this really gives you the glow from under the makeup. One of the next things that I always do is apply a face mist. And I either will do a rose face mist or this La mer face mist. And I really like putting this on my skin because it just really just wakes up the skin it's cold. Sometimes I even keep it in the refrigerator so it really takes a way the puffiness out of my face. Just a couple sprays. Right, now that my skin is prepped, I'm gonna go into some makeup. And I am in love with this Victoria Secret eyeshadow pallette. And today, since it's just my fitting day, nothing too crazy or dramatic, I'm gonna use nice soft browns like this. I love to use my fingers when I do makeup, so I'm gonna take one of the lighter colors that's here, and I'm gonna put this on the inner cores of my eyes. And I learned this from makeup artists that I've worked with over the years. It really opens up your eyes and makes you look awake, if you're feeling tired. This look is kind of like a low key version of what you would get in the show. The show's a little bit more dramatic. But, you kinda get the vibe with the glowy skin, the beautiful, soft eyeshadow. Maybe at the show we get some lashes, make it a little bit more fun. Now, I love to use highlighter, and I think every girl all over the world, loves to use highlighter. So, I'm gonna go in and use this stick. And I like to put it on my hand first because, again, I like to use my fingers. And I love applying highlighter on my cheekbones, under my brow, on the tip of my nose, and then the one I learned from the pros, is to add it on your cupids bow. (lips smacking) Going to apply some mascara, and I think that if could take a couple of beauty items on the go with me, mascara would definitely be one of them. Because I feel like it really defines the makeup look, opens up your eye, and gives you something dimension. Alright, for my lip, I'm gonna have a little fun and I'm gonna use two today because, I like to mix and match, and play around with my makeup. So I'm gonna use this velvet matte, Victoria Secret lip stain, and again on my hand. Then I'm gonna use this other velvet matte by Victoria Secret right next to it. By the end of my makeup my hand becomes like an art project. Then I take my fingers, mix that in. Then just push it into my lips. I never like having any hard lines on my lip, like a sharp lip liner, I always like it to look a little bit smudged. Like you maybe just ate come cherries or something. (lips smacking) And that's it. So, I only have a few more minutes before I head out to my fitting, so I'm gonna go change and then we can finish my hair. Hair is done, alright, I think that my glam is all done. Have my fitting outfit on, ready to go see my looks, I'm super excited, the outfits are always so amazing at the show. The wings get bigger and bigger, and the outfits get more and more glamorous.
